DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Improve sales skills for each affiliate staff about Industrial oil sales
Training
1. Manage sales training system for each affiliate staff in Asia Pacific
- Create an annual activity plan with contract instructors and each affiliate members (Participants, holds country, schedules and venue arrangements)
- Conduct planned training with contract instructors and each affiliate staff Inform participants, discuss with the venue staff, prepare training materials and tools
- Report after training
- Participants: Prior homework and Action plan after training, Evaluation of courses of participants, share evaluation with each affiliate management
- Measure the effects of training and holding follow-up training
- Taking action after training, monitoring activities, and judging whether or not abilities were demonstrated
2. Maintenance of training systems and programs
- Collect new effective training content information and update existing training programs
- Exchange information on new needs with each affiliate where the organization and market are changing, and consider and build new programs
- Update the overall training system.
3. Operation of the technical training system for each affiliate staff in Asia Pacific
- Support testing of automotive lubricants and industrial lubricants-related knowledge twice a year
- Organize participant list, summary of test results, preparation of pass certificate shipping
4. Management of training participant data
- Create and manage a list of participants by affiliate and by program
- Sales training, technical training
- Update the list of participants by affiliate and by program, which was updated based on the annual results, to the entire participant history register.
- Obtain information on changes in personal details (departments, personnel in charge, title grades, etc.) from each affiliate and update it.
5. Create, update, and manage training materials and data
- Create, store, and manage the text for each training program
- Manage the tools attached to each training program and tools used in the past
6.Manage and plan the training budget
- Create an annual training budget plan based on the annual training plan
- Lecturer cost, travel cost, translation/interpretation cost, etc.
7. Maintain related suppliers for the performance of training
- Trading management with the suppliers
- Instructors, translators, interpreters, training tool suppliers
- (Appropriate selection of suppliers and conclusion of agreements
