Roles & Responsibilities

1. Applicant must at least has 1 year or more of stage performing

2. Recruit performing artiste and singers when needed

3. Participate in all stage performances

4. Assist Operation Manager to train & guide the stage crew to improve on their performances

5. In charge to schedule and selection of performing artiste for specfic event's performances

6. Coordinate & attend all training & rehearsal

7. Source for necessary accessories and props for all performances.

8. Singing & Dancing skill

9. To ensure all stage crew is presentable on stage

Job scopes are, but not limited to the followings:

a. Process all ingredients in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.

b. Making of sauces in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.

c. Marinate all meat in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.

d. To pack all processed products and store them in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.

e. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor

f. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

g. Ensure the kitchen meet SFA requirements, especially in utensil & staff personal hygiene.

Working Hours 8AM - 5PM

1. Create menus and daily specials.
2. Manage kitchen team.
3. Cook food in a timely manner.
4. Ability to jump in and take over for any station.
5. Advanced knowledge of cooking, baking, and Frying.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes.
7. Make sure plates are executed correctly and presently properly.
8. Complete knowledge in Indian Cuisine.
9. Able to speak in Hindi and communicate with indian clients
