# Kitchen R&D:

• Prepare documentation of menus (Matrix and Recipes)
• Propose recipe adjustments and new dish while communicating with his direct superior
• Take part in Menu R&D (later stage )

• Experience: Previous experience as a chef or cook in a fast-food setting, especially with burgers.
• Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Grill Skills: Proficiency in using grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Focus on portion control, presentation, and consistency.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and handling heavy items.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to preparing high-quality food.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

Job Requirements

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Familiar with fine dining
• Experience in hotel banquet
• English skills: Fluent Level
• Good computer skills: Basic IT Skills on MS Office or equivalent (ie. Word, Excel), mobile
• applications (ie. Google calendar, WhatsApp)

Job Details:

· Work Week: 5.5 days per week

· Work Hours: 11am - 11pm (1hour 45min break)

· Gross Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,000

Job Scope:

· Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.

· Estimate food and beverage costs.

· Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.

· Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.

· To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.

· Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

· Ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant for smooth operation.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management
