Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue and margin goals by aligning client needs with the company's solutions and offerings.
• Take full ownership of client relationships throughout the buying cycle, ensuring satisfaction and managing commercial agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify target market requirements and key business drivers.
• Proactively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written) to engage with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in IT-related sales and 5 years of overall sales experience.
• Strong reporting skills for effective communication with management.
• A positive and proactive attitude to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability in sales pipeline management.
