This role would partner with our heads of APAC Small Medium Business Group (SMBG) to shape and influence Go-to-Market strategies through robust insights using data driven approach and push accountability for results to drive optimal returns for the business and ensure the business is well-positioned for scalability and growth. Responsibilities

• Lead a small, high performing sales strategic planning and operations team
• Rhythm of the business: Deepen sales rigour through design and execute on standard cadence of operations (e.g., forecasting, revenue and operational KPI reviews where applicable, key reviews) to inform management with actionable improvement opportunities.
