Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's portfolio, its business nature and relevant markets
- Supporting in sales and marketing events (e.g. preparation, trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Regional Sales Team. This includes and is not limited to events preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management
- Develop a sales mindset and sales pitch to capture customer attention and interest
- Strategically target and prospect the correct customers through information online and contacting these customers (online, phone or even in person) to verify their relevance to selected R&S portfolio
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Graduating students with Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant field of studies
- Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Possess good customer-focused and results-oriented mindset / attitude
- Willingness to coordinate and work with colleagues across other departments or countries
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
