Summary:

• Junior / Senior retail assistant
• Basic up to $2500

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers with any inquiries about the products
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of transactions
• Restock and replenish the products on to the shelves
• Handle product returns and exchanges
• Maintain general cleanliness of the store
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by store supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Able to commit on weekends

· Provide an exceptional service experience to the customers

· Be the subject matter expert on all menu items and be able to upsell and cross-sell

· Perform all basic station procedures including service, kitchen, and cashiering

· Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
