Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up via phone call / email
- Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Generate quotations for the clients
- Prepare and issue policy documents / invoices
- Guide clients on claim processes and assist with claim submissions
- Coordinate with insurer to ensure timely processing of claims
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Entry level / fresh grad are welcomed
- Min. Higher Nitec qualifications
- Tech savvy
