Role Description

The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, is responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team within your region that oversees the monthly transaction of assets exceeding $30 million. Your highest priority will be to exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Your team will include our Real Estate Consultants, who are at the heart of our business. Supported by state-of-the-art technological tools, each Real Estate Consultant is a star in the industry, transacting 25x more properties than the average property agent every year.

In order to deliver results on a consistent basis, you will need to ensure close collaboration with teams across the company including Product, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Inside Sales to ensure a high volume of deals entering your pipeline are each handled with urgency and the highest level of professionalism.

No prior real estate experience is required for the role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by leading your region / team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, performance management, and strategic planning;
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of top-performing Real Estate Consultants, promoting a culture of success and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with your team to strategize and close high-value deals;

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's degree;
• 2+ years’ experience working in a high-performing sales organization focused on generating new sales (not renewals!);
• 2+ years experience operating in a structured sales organization as exhibited by structured deal management by lead/deal stages AND use of analytics and CRM tools to manage forecasts, pipeline activities, or territory planning;
• 1+ years’ experience in managing a high-performance team;
• Passionate about achieving sales goals and able to inspire others to join you;
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team with diverse backgrounds and styles;
• Outstanding leadership skills, with an ability to work with and use data;
• Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy, and adaptable;
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication;
• Real Estate experience or knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages all events & rooms sales enquiries, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

* Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of

group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers,

reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.

* Manages site inspections, organizing visits, room allocation, inspection of rooms and restaurants,
