The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients on product offerings, answering questions and assisting with custom furniture layouts using AutoCAD as needed.
• Manage the end-to-end order process, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring accuracy in customized designs.
• Support the sales team by preparing and interpreting technical drawings or layouts in AutoCAD, aiding in presentations to clients for custom furniture solutions.
• Assist clients in visualizing how pieces fit within spaces by creating layout proposals or adjustments in AutoCAD, offering a tailored customer experience.
• Handle quotations, invoices, and custom design requests, ensuring alignment with AutoCAD drawings and production feasibility.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in business or related field.
• Background in furniture, interior design, or related fields, with proven AutoCAD experience to handle custom designs or space planning.
• Proficiency in discussing technical details with clients and sales teams, and in translating customer needs into precise AutoCAD layouts.
• Ability to manage design specifications accurately, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.

We are looking for someone who is excited by challenges and enjoys chasing and negotiating hard deals!

As a market solution lead, you will be involved in developing and executing sales packages aimed at developing new businesses and reinforcing the presence of the Chinese Media Group (CMG) products in the current and new regional markets. You will work closely with the Editorial team, as well as the community engagement, content licensing, regional partnership and Branding and Marketing teams to promote and sell integrated media solutions across the various CMG platforms, ranging from print, digital, young audience, radio to out-of-home media, to businesses. This includes drafting of sales proposals and preparation of client presentations.

Also, you are expected to grow and exceed personal sales targets as an individual, and be part of a bigger team to drive revenue as a whole. You will also be required to carry out markets, competitors and clients intelligence gathering.


Requirements:

· A Degree in Business or relevant field; 8-10 years of sales experience in the media industry would be advantageous

· Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this role supports Chinese content

· Ability to conceptualise, strategise, present and execute creative ideas

· Both a strong team player and individual contributor; outgoing, resourceful and self-motivated

· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

· Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Prepare design proposal with material selection for customized furniture (wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and sliding doors)
• Prepare 3D / AutoCAD drawings and renderings according to clients' requirements
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess site situations
• On-site coordination during project installation
• Conceptualize designs and artwork for branding and marketing communications
• Be able to fully comprehend technical specifications of our products so that they can be applied in the drawings

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study such as Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD software, Adobe and Microsoft Office
• Two years' relevant experience in a related industry
• Innovative, creative and ability to work independently
• Interest in furniture and interior design, keep up with interior design trend
• Preferably have some experience in architectural work
