We are hiring and looking for resourceful and highly motivated individuals to join our expanding Marketing teams as:

Sales Executive

• GCE "O" / "N" Level
• Possess own car
• Basic salary + Commission + Transport + Bonus etc

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
• Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target.
• Ensure consistent and abundant monthly sales in pipelines.
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with clients and business partners.
• Research and understand the changing dynamics impacting businesses.
• Generate creative ideas to capture additional market share.

Requirements:

• Own car with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in packaging industry preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing an advantage.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word ad Excel.

Job Responsibilities

1. Evalulate tenders received & reviewing construction plans
2. Assess tenders, review specifications & recommend products that comply to requirements
3. Prepare costing, quotations & specifications comparison chart for the tendering process
4. Liaising with contractors for tender information
5. Preparing other documents for submission
6. Discussion with salesman on the tender process
7. Carry out other contracts administration tasks

Job Specifications

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in building construction industry
• NITEC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Team player
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries from both online and offline sales channels.
