Responsibilities

• Repair endoscopy equipment, data entry and create repair analysis report.
• Coordinate with customer(s) for technical support.
• Adhoc field support with service engineer
• Train and advice the subsidiaries & distributors on the products
• Ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.
• Achieve target of of repairs to be completed each month
• Continuous improvement of Service with Technical Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Computer/Electrical
• At least 1 -3 year of technical experience
• Good presentation skills to demo in the classroom setting
• Able to do basic skill in repairing equipment, and soldering works
• Training will be provided
