Job Scope

• Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer
• Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team within the PHV leasing space. Your mission? To strategize, execute, and oversee sales operations while driving team performance and revenue growth. You will act as a mentor to the Sales Executives, provide strategic direction, and foster a customer-centric approach to business. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and elevating our position in the PHV leasing market.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and guidance needed to excel.
• Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team KPIs, track performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to expand our presence in the PHV leasing market.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, handling escalations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Operations Oversight: Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and a seamless customer journey.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and after-sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, using insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
