Job Description:

• Identify new overseas market and business opportunities
• Managing good relationship with existing overseas distributors
• Annual Sales & Profit budget planning for overseas distributors
• Prepare & manage price list (quotation) with timely update for overseas distributors
• Manage and review sales performance of overseas distributors
• Provide support for promotional and marketing, including A&P planning
• Working closely with overseas distributors to identify issues & take recovery actions
• Create marketing plan for new products for overseas market working with overseas distributors
• Provide monthly sales and stock forecast, Sales and profit analysis and reporting
• Control & monitoring of sales budget, profit, payment
• Provide support to Regional Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent
• Detail-oriented and customer-oriented with strong business sense.
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Regular overseas travel is required

Sales Engineer (Marine Equipment and Spare Parts)

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for marine equipment and spare parts. This role involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine equipment and spare parts.
• Identify and engage with potential clients in the maritime industry.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them select the right equipment and parts for their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role within the marine equipment and spare parts industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment and spare parts such as crane, engine, compressor, pump etc...
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
