Summary of the role

GlobalSign is seeking a Sales Engineer for its Sales/Solutions Engineering team. This position is the primary technical resource for the GlobalSign APAC sales force. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable due to experience or be in possession of Cybersecurity and IT Certifications (i.e. Comptia, (ISC)2, GIAC, etc.)

Job Description

Daily operational duties (internal):

• Respond to email and call queries from customers appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with all internal departments (sales team) & customers for order fulfilment & provisioning requirements in a timely manner.
• Actively monitor order-processing status until case is completed.
• Coordination for daily hardware delivery to customers.
• Attend to first line troubleshooting for customers for mobile services.
