Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday (9 am-6 pm), Saturday (half day)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the office's filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and managing email correspondence.
• Provide support in preparing reports and presentations with effective document management.
• Coordinate and plan meetings, including taking minutes and keeping records of the proceedings.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
• Offer general support to visitors and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies.
• Facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc tasks or projects that contribute to the office's efficiency.

• Minimum GCE O Level/Nitec
• Experience in an administration role is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Your duties include:

. To report to office/warehouse as per agreed timing

· Ensure to follow all Safety practices in the warehouse

· To be able to operate forklift, pallet jack, etc

· To do unstuffing of containers

· Put-away the stock to designate location and update the system

. Ensure the product and quantity receive correctly

. Report any discrepancy to Supervisor

. Perform cycle count in daily basis

· Assist to re-stack or changing pallet of stock at Warehouse when required

· Perform unloading and receiving the shipment from Vendors

· Perform sorting, picking according to the orders

· Check the shipment with Driver & Driver Assistant before dispatch

. Assist to load the goods into the truck for dispatch

· Warehouse housekeeping

· Assist on online KCP (events)

· Other Ad-hoc duties given by superior

Responsibilities:

• Prepare export shipments documents.
• Work closely with customers and overseas office for export shipment arrangements.
• Booking airfreight space with airlines.
• Work closely with terminal for cargo lodgments.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• With experience in Airfreight and Logistics Industry
• Good in MS Excel
• Willingness to learn
