Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our massage service/ products to customers.

Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and offer personalized recommendations.

Record daily transaction for all services performed.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters.

Provide professional customer support and interacting with them on a professional level.

Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.

6days’ workweek, shift working hour available

Shift 1: Monday to Thursday- 10.00am to 7.00pm

Prior experience in wellness retail is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided.
