Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with order processing, including preparing sales and rental agreements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Procure pantry items, and office supplies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" level.

Responsibilities

• Source potential customers through personal efforts, client referrals, organisation involvement and event attendance
• Suggest suitable products by assessing customer’s needs and utilising product expertise
• Foster strong customer relationships and delivery exceptional service
