Summarized Purpose:

• Provides support to investigator sites, monitors, department, business unit or function through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials. • Places all calls to the sites delivering sponsor alert, voice alert values (VAV) and any other critical values. Answers incoming phone calls, resolves different types of exceptions within assigned timelines.
• Monitors and escalates site issues through the appropriate departments/people e.g. project management to resolve and report as soon as possible. Ensures that all site issues are communicated and followed up to resolution, primarily to site and monitor. Reviews site performance metrics to educate where needed or to report back to monitor or sponsor. Informs site of the results or reasoning not to proceed.
• Follows the specifications and scope of work to evaluate requests for any additional test(s) (test performed in protocol) to be added to a sample. Evaluates the request for out of protocol testing following Scope of work for study. Facilitates requests to the appropriate person.
• Coordinates and resolves issues with samples at time of scanning to have the samples in the database and reported as soon as possible.

Admin Assistant

Description:

• Screen and manage all incoming calls efficiency, redirect to the respective person and record down message if necessary
• Front level to handle customer enquiries and service support (calls/emails/Live Chat)
• Responsible for office, pantry and stationery supplies, logbooks,
• System data entry/ cold calling etc
• File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
• Attending and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Serving of beverage to all guests and customers
• Manage and upkeep meeting rooms cleanliness
• Housekeeping of reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails
• Coordinate, schedule delivery with local/ overseas (mild) courier services
• Adhoc admin duties as per assigned by superior

Requirements :

• Min GCE “N”/’O’ level or equivalent
• Relevant 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Able to work independently without much guidance
• Full of initiative, committed, meticulous, fast learner
• Computer literate in MS office, outlook
• Comfortable to work in SME environment
• Prefer candidates who can start immediately

Job Description:

• Handles accounts payable function
• To review, check and verify staff claims so that all the claims are comply with the employee’s handbook guidelines and claims procedures
• Perform data entry of vendors invoice documents into the accounting system
• Assist on ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 1years of experience in related field.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail.

To assist the medical doctor, including handling of medical specimens and assisting in certain procedures (where required), medicine and supplies procurement, record keeping of expenses, dispensing and inventory management, patient and vendor payment processing and tracking, patient relations, including registration, claims and payments and cleaning and preparation of clinic premises before the start of day or at end of day and other related clinic duties.
