Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell products and services to customers both locally and internationally.
• Ensure all aspects of overseas shipments, including documentation and packaging, are handled properly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Manage and resolve customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of sales leads, activities, order history, and pricing.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts to the purchaser.
• Generate and submit detailed sales reports to management.
• Assist in sales coordination by arranging customer appointments and handling urgent communications when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Process orders received via phone, email, SMS, or mail, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and minimum order quantities.
• Enter orders into the company’s system, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Working hours : 8.30am-6pm, 5 days per week

Duties and responsibilities:

• Claim preparation: Involves reviewing project contracts, identifying eligible claims, and preparing comprehensive claim documentation for submission.

• Claim negotiation: Involves engaging in discussions and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, or other relevant parties to resolve claim disputes and reach a mutually agreed settlement.

• Claim settlement: Involves finalizing claim settlements, ensuring proper documentation, and tracking the payment process to ensure timely receipt of claim amounts.

• All other duties and tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.

• AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills

• Able to work in a team as well as independently

• Salary will commensurate with experience.
