We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Deputy Business Manager) to drive business growth and develop new sales opportunities in our jewelry repair services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the jewelry industry and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
3. Oversee daily sales operations, including managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring accurate sales reporting.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
5. Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to the business based on market analysis.
8. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and goals.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. 2+ years of sales manager or business manager experience, preferably in the retail or service industry.
2. Proven track record of sales success, achievement of sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Knowledge of jewelry repair services and industry trends (desirable).
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
9. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client meetings (if necessary).
