• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new customers through various channels, not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build robust relationships with all personnel who have buying influence within our customers' organizations.

Operational Excellence:

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process for our valued customers.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess at least 2 years of technical sales experience within the Engineering field.
• At least an ITE qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, positive attitude, and adaptable
• Self-Motivated, strong goal-oriented mindset and ability to autonomously drive customer development and business expansion
• Mandarin speakers will be required due to nature of the job require to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• A good network with PCBA/ EMS/ OEM is an added advantage
