The Pharmaceutical (API) Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales, as the essential point of contact between the existing & potential customers and our China purchasing team. This position will have complete training & guidance, a competitive salary, and better promotional possibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities.

2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

3. Collaborate with the China purchasing team to achieve better results.

4. Collect customer payment as needed and ensure timely resolution of any payment issues.

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong interpersonal skills

2. A solid understanding of the business world, especially of the pharmaceutical (API) or chemical industry.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
