This is a full time role for a Tele-Sales Manager located in City Hall. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible for centered around telemarketing and sales, requiring you to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards in call quality and operational efficiency. You’ll promote the company's services by making telemarketing calls to both existing and potential customers, using your knowledge of these services to engage effectively. A key part of the role involves recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell, boosting revenue through thoughtful recommendations. Converting company-provided leads into sales is another priority, requiring a proactive and persuasive approach. All interactions must adhere strictly to regulations and quality standards, ensuring compliance at every step. • Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
