• Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Reporting – Perform operation management reports

Job Description

• Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.
• Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.
• Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.

Requirements
