Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.

Contract Period:

Scope of Works:

• Supervise BIM modelers, coordinate with the BIM team to resolve clashes, and work with consultants and subcontractors on architectural details and interfaces with structure and M&E services.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, client needs, and regulations, reviewing and addressing technical issues and seeking clarifications.
• Verify site installations align with approved shop drawings and complete as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building/Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of building construction experience with hospital/medical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, Accessibility Code, Approved Solutions, BCA CONQUAS, BCA Green Mark standards, and safety in construction

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to prepare quotation with accurate costing upon customer request.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and team management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
