   Coordinate with contractors to optimize workflow and minimize project delays.
   Communicate any schedule adjustments to all relevant parties.
5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
   Generate regular reports on project progress, budget adherence, and any issues or challenges encountered.
6. Quality Control:Conduct periodic inspections to ensure work quality meets company and customer standards.
   Address and resolve any quality issues promptly with contractors and other team members.
7. Budget Management:Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
   Communicate any budgetary constraints or adjustments to contractors and customers.

DUTIES:
· Perform daily administrative support.
