Job Scope:

• Researching prospects, cold calling, and generating new leads.
• Introducing our products or services, qualifying leads, and nurturing leads using email marketing or direct mail.
• Setting up and delivering a sales presentation or attending site briefings and doing site measurements.
• Sending proposals, generating quotes, and negotiating terms.
• Follow up with sales orders and coordinate with the project team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.

Job Description:

• Prepare Purchase Orders and various shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, beneficiary certificates, export permits, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with banks, inspection bodies, and insurance companies for document submissions and Letter of Credit issuance.

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer (Technical Admin) will be responsible for overseeing technical operations on board. This includes training engineers and agents, supporting office work, attending onsite for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modifications.
