1. Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
2. Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
3. Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
4. Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
5. Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.
6. Prepare and release job orders/purchase requisition to various departments.
7. Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery.
8. Provide regular updates on project development timely.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to interpret technical drawing and computer literate.
• Must be result oriented, resourceful and independent.

Job Requirements

• Possess Bizsafe Level 2 (Risk Assesment certificate)
• Safety coordinator certificates and managing work at height cert is essential.
• Able to prepare RA, SWP, MOS, FPP independently.
• Follow up closely for revision and submit till approval.
• Well verse in PC skills, able to understand software system on-line for submissions

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to apply for Permit to work or arrange installation with client.
• Able to go on site to assist safety documents if required.
• To assist in ad-hoc jobs assign by company.
• To conduct tool box meeting as and when required with workers.
