As a Sales Operations and Customer Service Specialist/ Executive, your role is pivotal in leading and developing our Customer Service division. You will drive enhanced customer satisfaction through competitive service levels, meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of the sales order process, including sales order collection, reservation, and confirmation.
