• Maintain an efficient document control, filling and retrieval system
• Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

Requirement:

• Previous experience in Sales Support/Office Administration/Coordination/Customer Service role
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or related field
• Additional Certificate in Marketing, Sales or relevant certification is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
