- Attending to customers enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers.

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

- Keeping the customers notified of all relevant customs circulars, notices and updates as received.

- Reviewing internal team performance, operational work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 5.5 working day, alternate Saturday

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

1. Responsible to follow up customers order and collection

2. Proses sales order and liase with storeman/ driver for delivery

3. Liase with existing and new potential customer

4. Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback.

5. Answering phone enquiries from customers.

6. Administrative job: invoicing, documentation of sales document, etc

7. Provide sales and stock report to management

8. Others ad hoc duties assigned by management

• Provide general administrative support to supervisory and non-supervisory employees such as clearing of mailbox, distribution of letters/documents, arranging courier services etc.
• Manage office facilities which include maintenance of office equipment and fixtures and fittings.
• Ensure adequate supply of office stationery, and pantry stock
• Liaise with Building’s Management and office vendors/suppliers. Include checking of invoices charged to company.
• Point of contact with Management office on season parking, A/C, access card, fire drills, etc.
• Assist in organizing annual social activities and development programs as and when required
• Facilitate work travel arrangements such as assisting in flight and hotel bookings.
• Support in data roaming activation and visa application
• Provide administrative support to legal director
• Support on ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required.
