Experience in sales and marketing in the construction industry.

Build relationship with all existing customers, follow up with quotation and closing the deal.

Corrodinating with our QS and project manager for issue that derive from complaint.

Achieve sales target and key KPI.

Job Scope:

Responsible for the entire sales cycle

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize sales and revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively explore new business accounts and develop client base through cold calling & networking
• Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to engage potential clients.
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintaining good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Close sales effectively to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
