JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will provide active ageing activities, befriending services for vulnerable seniors who require additional social support; and referrals for care services when required. 1. Assist Centre Supervisor to conduct active ageing activities and organize special events (i.e. National Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year) for the seniors and their caregivers.

3. Provide befriending services to vulnerable seniors including connecting them to care services when necessary.
4. Collaborate with Healthier SG ambassadors and the local community nodes to implement social and lifestyle interventions to help seniors age in place.
5. Recruit and train volunteers to assist with the active ageing activities and outreach services.
