We have an opportunity to invite qualified talent to join our exciting growth journey as Sales Executive. The person will be based in Singapore and will assist the Sales Manager to enhance the relationships with assigned or acquired new accounts and partners to drive for greater fee revenue & income. Be part of a team that have opportunities to work with others from other locations.
Responsibilities:
· Promote one-stop POS/VIRTUAL payment services to online/offline merchants
· Perform B2C site visits and calls in order to enable acceptance
· Engage and sell to key decision makers across both existing and targeted merchants
· Undertake effective portfolio and pipeline management with the support of the team leader
· Work with internal teams to ensure the smooth merchant onboarding process
· Build and leverage relationships with merchants and provide solutions to their needs and generating additional leads and referrals
· Ensure 100% compliance of mandatory internal processes and controls
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 year of sales experience with proven sales record, preferably in the acquiring industry
· Team player, and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines
· Self-motivated with abilities in influencing/negotiating with customers
· Proven effective conflict resolution and good negotiation skills.
· Knowledge in CRM applications, preferably, Basecamp, is good to have
· Possess a positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, independent and a team player
· Excellent written and verbal skills in English
· 5 days’ work week
· Basic salary + commission
