• Centre Management: Oversee the Centre's daily operations, including staff scheduling, cleanliness, orderliness, and supply management. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and support administrative and front desk staff. Conduct probationary and performance reviews, provide feedback, and offer opportunities for professional growth. Train new staff on Centre procedures, systems, and best practices. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging and motivating staff.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians. Address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, serving as the primary contact throughout their child's enrolment.
• Administrative Support: Oversee class scheduling, student record management, and report preparation. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth class operations and effective parent communication regarding student progress.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects related to enrolment and operations, including monitoring and reconciling payments, processing refunds, and overseeing budgetary considerations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to the Centre Manager on operational issues, performance metrics, and staff performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure high-quality education and support. Promote teamwork and effective communication within the Centre.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Work Locations and Timings:

• Travel between our locations (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan) as per the roster schedule.
• Commitment to a work schedule of 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.
