Social Activation/TikTok • Lead Tiktok acceleration plans – lead TT taskforce and ambassadors to ensure content relevance and drive always on strategy • Collaborate with TikTok and creative agencies to drive test and learns/innovations • Create local best-in-class TikTok assets – collaborate with brands and BAs to create campaign assets Customization of the Brands’ earned media framework • Review Regional EMV strategies for the Brands, and identifies areas/aspects that need to be adjusted and/or refined for the local context • Share EMV scorecard and performance monitoring of all Brand led campaigns and provide recommendations • Define/consolidate agency requirements necessary to implement the Affiliate’s emv framework Operational Leadership • Track Brand PR/tiktok investments and measures their effectiveness separately for each Brand; develops actionable recommendations to continuously improve the programs’ effectiveness • Manage overall relationships with earned media agencies, and engages agency experts to support specific Brand initiatives • Manage 3rd party data platforms with regards to earned media • Own and execute overall social listening activities in Affiliate Digital influencers • Using a qualified specialist agency, maps out and develops a systematic overview of all digital influencers of a given market • Working with Brand team, develops the relevant qualitative and quantitative aspects that need to be captured to assess the potential relevance and attractiveness of a KOL to the Brands • Leveraging the captured data of the agency, develops brand specific proposals of up-and-coming stars who may have the potential of becoming the Brand’s future ambassadors “Consumer / Digital First” Change Agent • Share best practices from Affiliate to Region, and vice versa from Region to the Affiliate • Track performance vs. Regional KPIs and success criteria in order to identify continuous improvement opportunities • Act as role model for “Consumer first” and “TikTok first” principles Corporate Activations • Drive corporate campaigns in collaboration with brand teams • Champion ELC causes and develop internal communications Qualifications • Degree of equivalent in Marketing, Media or Communications – ideally with specialization in Digital Marketing • Minimum 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing and PR, ideally gained at top tier FMCG company or retail or agency • Ideal candidate will have operational social media and digital marketing experience gained either in an agency, or in a brand team of a leading CPG company/ retail • Additional experience in the following areas counts as a big plus - Beauty industry experience - Exposure to community-based marketing and e-commerce - Strong analytical skills - Strong communications and interpersonal skills - Understanding of web technologies involved in digital and social platforms • This is an operational role, which requires someone with a solid understanding of how online communities work/behave in the context of brand conversations • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment • Experience in managing regional / local stakeholders Job: Marketing Primary Location: Asia Pacific-SG- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 241002
