The successful candidate will be tasked to build and enhance HPB’s brand reputation and online presence on HPB’s website, app and social media channels. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Digital Marketing.
Established in 2001, the Health Promotion Board aims to empower residents in Singapore to attain optimal health, and to increase the quality and years of healthy life. To achieve this, HPB drives national health promotion and disease prevention programmes, spearheads health education initiatives and creates a supportive environment where healthy lifestyle options are accessible to enable healthy living every day.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a flair for crafting good content and copy and possess a deep passion for all things digital. The primary areas of focus include but are not limited to:
Content Management and Governance
- Develop and implement creative content strategy with a focus on customer-centricity. Previous experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns and content management systems will be advantageous.
- Stay abreast of best practices on website management and provide leadership to direct reports and peers to ensure compliance to content creation, audit workflows, editorial guidelines and search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Lead the development and management of HPB’s corporate website, HPB’s content management system and related API to support its content distribution strategy.
- Work directly with IT and non-IT stakeholders to maintain and update website content, monitor and optimise website performance; and manage the site’s functionality and appearance.
Social Media Management and Governance
- Provide thought leadership and oversee HPB’s social media strategy and guide its designated social media agency in areas of content planning, content production, community management, metrics reporting, and channel optimization.
- Develop and implement a clear brand identity for HPB and uphold its online brand presence and reputation on all social media channels.
- Guide and influence marketing peers in the development of effective, engaging and compelling communications for social media channels.
- Mentor and guide team members and colleagues to ensure compliance to prevailing community management policy and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record. Significant functional experience working with the latest web and mobile development technology, content management, digital marketing, marketing analytics and delivering customer-centric & personalised experience via digital touchpoints.
- Proven familiarity with Sitecore CMS would be highly advantageous.
- High energy, resourceful and tech-savvy. A creative and critical thinker who exhibits intellectual curiosity about marketing technology and innovation.
- Collaborative attitude with strong inter-personal skills to build relationships with cross-divisional teams, present to senior stakeholders and interact confidently across the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Strong team management skills and ability to direct team members effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, project management and executional skills are necessary to manage multiple high-profile projects in an agile manner and achieve success.
