eCommerce & CRM Programme Development & Execution
Champion lead generation, conversion and optimise consumer funnel to increase win rate. Collaborate as a trusted partner with division marketers to run key corporate ecommerce & CRM programmes to deliver business revenue targets.
Customer centricity and engagement is key. Define the Customer goals and lead, develop and implement CRM programmes through customer activation, retention & re-targeting to deliver incremental revenue and customer lifetime value. Utilise a combination practices such as Agile and Design thinking to define, develop and build user experience that helps achieve the end goals of our customers and business.
Collaborate with data science team to develop and build data models, new hypothesis that drive next purchase experience, basket upsize, cross-divisional workflow to deliver an outstanding and personalised shopper experience. Explore the use of development approaches such as Artificial intelligence, Machine learning and Generative Artificial intelligence to draw further insights and to improve the user engagement.
As a Manager and proactive leader, you are encouraged to set clear eCommerce and CRM performance measurements and benchmarks. Collect feedback proactively by conducting regular cadence on performance review and retrospective based on data insights and build data dashboards and reports that uncover gaps and business opportunities. Engage and support the divisions to drive the right approach to deliver desired outcome.
Key duties include:
- Develop an e-commerce strategy with innovative initiatives while facilitating regional commercial communication for business partnership in line with market needs
- Develop customer segmentation to drive high value, high engaged customer groups
- Evaluate and measure e-commerce business priorities, business reporting, e-commerce ambition strategy and targets/ metrics development
- Develop and improve all the e-commerce-related processes over digital catalogue – product information management platform, pricing system, and more to win B2B customers, dealers and distributors in Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEATW) on Thermo Fisher website.
- Work with the commercial, product marketing and analytics teams to drive digital sales throughout the sales opportunity funnel
- Report regularly on program performance, collaborate with digital analyst to build and develop relevant dashboards that help visualise performance and make relevant recommendations & next steps
- Consistently test, iterate and optimize e-commerce & CRM programs with the goal of improving performance, identify business opportunities
