Key Responsibilities:
1. Events Management
• Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual events such as webinars, career talks, and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and equipment for physical events.
• Oversee event registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and external vendors for seamless execution.
2. Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and XiaoHongShu) by creating and scheduling content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimization.
3. Content Creation & Media Production
• Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging marketing collateral, including graphics, presentations, and videos.
• Film and produce high-quality video content for marketing and training purposes.
• Maintain and update content repositories to ensure consistency across platforms.
4. Lead Generation & Campaigns
• Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Analyze data to identify trends and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals.
5. Administrative Support
• Ensure smooth setup and operation of webinars, including managing technical platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Maintain an organized events calendar and marketing schedule.
• Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in events coordination, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
