Marketing Campaign Management Trainee (Entry Level)

The Marketing Executive creates and executes segment marketing plans and sales campaigns to grow volume, revenue, and profit within targeted segments. Candidates will communicate with various stakeholders to ensure quality delivery to clients through all communication channels.

Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

· Provide an exceptional service experience to the customers

· Be the subject matter expert on all menu items and be able to upsell and cross-sell

· Perform all basic station procedures including service, kitchen, and cashiering

· Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties

· Strictly adhere to the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards of the assigned workstations

· Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or Management

Job Requirements:

· No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided

· Fun and cheerful personality

· Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment

· Able to do shift work, weekends, and public holidays

· Excellent service aptitude and ability to communicate effectively
