• Manage social media strategy and content calendar. Work closely with the team to create content, schedule and publish content consistently, track and analyse key metrics to provide feedback, and respond and engage with the online community.
• Develop and foster strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations for increased publicity.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Attend regular meetings and contribute ideas and insights to achieve marketing and sales targets.
• Communicate effectively with partners and audiences, handle inquiries professionally, and gather feedback for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

Remuneration:

• Salary: Up to $4,000 with Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan to drive organic growth and achieve profitability.
• Manage day to day community engagement and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram.
• Partner sales team and assist in execution in-store activities.
• Create localised content for special occasions.
• Develop & execute comprehensive launch plans.
• Provide market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
• Organise special client ad-hoc events.
• To undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing communications.
• Experience in fasion industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs.

The Role:

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos
• Prepare and update price list
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What are we looking for:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
