Responsibilities:

· Reporting to CEO, Asian Equity CIO and REITs Lead Portfolio Manager

· To manage Singapore domiciled listed equity fund

· To liaise with external partners to manage an equity fund

· To provide REITs research services for Japanese clients

· To assist REITs team members to proceed the research activities smoothly

· To research and analyze the REITs markets and the individual REITs in ASEAN and Oceania

· To make the research reports and provide opinions of the markets and the individual REIT for client

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese – written and verbal

· Finance, Investment and/or Accounting related degree or professional qualification

· CFA holder is preferable

· Knowledge of accounting, financial products (especially Equity and REITs)

· Experience in fund management, including asset allocation and investment performance analysis

· Experience in research, investment and/or investment banking for the listed equity and REITs

· Experience in research or investments for the real estate related securities (Private REITs, Private Property/ Real Estate Funds)

· Experience of real estate property investment or its related business activities such as real estate appraisal

· Experience of real estate related business activities in banks or rating agencies.

· Experience in writing research material in Japanese

· Strong eagerness for learning Asian listed equity and REITs

· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook a must

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations of building facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders

- Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members

- Provide guidance to the Facilities Management Executive

- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas

- Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise

- Maintain Hygiene Standards in client facilities and office units and/or perform general duties in all areas of the commercial premises

- Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to Health and Safety Environmental procedures and practices

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure the smooth functioning of facilities

- Manage the process of addressing urgent repairs and maintenance issues within the facilities. This involves diagnosing problems, coordinating with repair technicians, and ensuring timely resolution

- Performing routine maintenance on facilities

- Scheduling routine inspections, maintaining records and supervising staff/vendors

- Preparing monthly report for client and management review

- Creating and/or reviewing reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, accidents/incidents, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff

- Liaising with clients and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs

- Manage stock level and maintain neat and organised janitorial/store areas
