Description

• Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with product managers providing technical expertise to ensure products receive the launch they deserve
• Streamline processes to help Product Marketing efficiently prepare for launches within ongoing marketing efforts, including product briefing and experiential events
• Conduct hardware and software testing in partnership with Product Marketing
• A strong sense of individual ownership and responsibility is required, while working in a team environment
• Troubleshoot devices
• Become a visible and vocal member of the Product Marketing team

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with both iOS and macOS, as well as Apple hardware
• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Experience with scripting is highly favorable
• Solution and process-oriented independent thinker with a strong eye for detail
• Proficient written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, printers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and pitch innovative marketing campaign proposals designed to meet business goals.
• Create and manage the production of engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, in-app notifications, email marketing (eDM), and other digital assets.
• Implement ASO best practices, focusing on keyword optimization, engaging visuals, and compelling app descriptions.
• Develop strategies to grow the user base and cultivate long-term customer loyalty.
• Serve as the brand steward, ensuring all marketing materials and communications align with the brand's identity, values, and tone.
• Lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition and market positioning.
• Effectively manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities.
• Monitor referral program performance and design incentive structures to improve results.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to broaden brand reach and credibility.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to co-market and boost visibility.
• Continuously explore new partnership opportunities for innovative collaborations.
• Oversee the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or a relevant qualification.
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail, technology, or mobile app industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, ASO (App Store Optimization), and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
• A creative mindset with a passion for building impactful brands.
• Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is a plus.
