Key Responsibilities

1.Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

2.Sales Generation:

• Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

3.Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Educate customers on product specifications and usage.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.

4.Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Merchandise products on shelves and displays according to company guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations and security protocols.

5.Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.

Job Description & Requirements
The role of a Sales Admin Clerk is responsible for rendering all the after-sales support services to the customers.

This includes administrative tasks such as preparation of quotations, contracts, mailers, samples and processing of orders.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the day-to-day sales administrative task.

2. Prepare sales quotations / generate invoices / documentations.

3. Prepare sales contract / re-contract.

4. Prepare mailers/sales leads and samples for sales team.

5. Administrative task for opening of new customer account.

6. Maintain and replenish sales samples drawers.

7. Taking customers’ orders via phone or email, input into system, print, sort the invoices and issue of errand forms.

8. Support and assist sales team administrative duties as assigned.

9. Ensure that all customer information are updated regularly into our system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).

10. Attend to office deliveries/mails as we do not have receptionist.

11. Assist to generate sales report, when required.

12. Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency Requirements

1. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

2. Well organized, attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Communication skills for coordination and customer service.

4. Existing/prior user of NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.

Career Development

1. Progression from Sales Admin Clerk to Sales Product Specialist (Indoor/Outdoor).

Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks)

Core Responsibilities

• Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD
• Handle potential customers' enquiries and gather feedbacks/comments on product samples and direct to relevant departments
• Generate sales report & quotations
• Co-ordinate and handle admin for specific export shipments
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD

• Be proficient in both spoken and written English, can speak Mandarin & Bahasa

• Minimum poly diploma, Food Science or related
• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
• Salary: SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 depending on experience & suitability
• Daily lunch catered and paid by company
• Company bus from Tampines East MRT to company provided in the morning to work
• Office location in East, prefer candidates living in the East (Pasir Ris/ Loyang/Changi)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
