Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the
• department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.
• Processing customers’ purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensure orders are scheduled and ship out on time.
• To coordinate with shipping team on import and export shipment matters.
• Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.
• Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.
• Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports,
• sales figure updates and any additional requests.
• To undertake cognate duties as and when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years’ experience as sales coordinator.
• Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage
• paperwork.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
• Organised, proactive, take initiative at work and able to handle work pressure well.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work well in a team.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (E.g.: Pivot Table / VLOOKUP) for data analysis and research.
• Knowledge in SAP (will be advantage).
