Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets, and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Cold Leads to Warm Leads: Proficiently generate cold leads and convert them into warm leads through strategic follow-ups and engagement.

Requirements:

• Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate new businesses for preventive maintenance contract.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target.
• Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Travel to meet up with customers.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects.
• Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
• Prepare costing, quotations to customers.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Coordinate with the technical team on fulfillment of sales contract secured.
• Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma holder in Business Studies/Marketing/M&E or IT related field.
• Min. 2 years' relevant sales experience in M&E environment.

The role also involves conducting market research to uncover sales opportunities and implementing strategic sales programs. Additionally, the candidate will set up meetings with potential clients to recommend tailored solutions and collaborate closely with team members to achieve the desired outcomes.
