Job Responsibilities:

• Undertaking sales-related activities including new lead generation and account management.
• Manage sales inquiries and meetings for technical discussion at customer office.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, opportunities on a regular basis.
• Exercising initiative in setting and executing strategic business & action plans or projects.
• Initiating and driving technical initiatives in line with the business goals.
• Work together with other Sales team members and other relevant departments to manage and coordinate customer orders from preparing proposals, tender documents, production to delivery.
• In charge of monitoring, controlling and updating BOM, drawings, and specifications for products.
• Project Lead for various projects/tasks.

Responsibilities:

• To qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements, and generate sales related documents internally and externally
• Responsible for shipping documents (import/export) with suppliers and customers
• To provide assistance to sales team in daily operations and administrative work
• To follow up orders to ensure timely payment and delivery for customers
• Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end
• To build and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
• Working with the team to develop business plan to achieve sales target
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Nitec with 1 year of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Marine
• On-shore / Off-shore experience will be an advantage
• Experience in piping will be an advantage
