• Assist senior sales to plan and solicit sales to meet / achieve set sales targets and goals within product range in assigned territories.
• Pursue sales lead, promote products, and conclude order with professionalism.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
• Feedback and make report as required by the senior sales and above on all sales related activities and market information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers and grow the existing customer base and to develop new niche markets.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time and other tasks as and when assigned by senior sales.
• Handle basic sales order processing independently. Liaise with supplier to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Willing to go overseas business trip for business development.
• Willing to learn and a self-motivate person who can take initiative.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or other technical field
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience for this role
• Sales industry experience or engineer background experience in manufacturing, semiconductor industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Your Role

As an Assistant Account Manager at Cloversoft, you are going to assist the Senior Key accounts Executive to build a fast-growing and long-term partnership with our customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet our sales revenue goals and to make constant improvement in sell through rates in all channels. You must have a keen understanding of product categories and markets. While building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.

Your Team

This role reports to a Senior Key account Executive and Co-founder of Cloversoft.

Key Responsiblities

You will be assisting with:

Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers

Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements;

Acquire an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories, and market;

Preparing volume forecasts and plans;

Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments;

Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven ability in critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong organizational & analytical skills in data analysis skills with the ability to pull out insights and come up with sales strategy
• Abillty to do data visualisation and generate sales report
• Have basic design skills to create product artwork and sales deck design by integrating data and information for presentations to customers and the management team ana all other purposes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete daily cashier work accurately

2. Keep the shelves full of goods and the display of goods neat and beautiful, and the prices clearly, neat and accurate

3. Learn and master ordering procedures and techniques, manage orders, and ensure that there are no shortages on shelves

4. Fully understand product varieties and performance, and feedback customer opinions and suggestions at any time

5. Cooperate with the store manager to complete other tasks

Job requirements:

3. Avoid using personal mobile phones and smart watches during working hours

Operating hours:

1. 4 days off per month

2.12-hour system (two shifts: 10:00-22:00 or 10:30-22:30)

3. Total meal time is 1 hour

Salary:

Comprehensive salary $1900 Fixed housing allowance $300 Full attendance bonus $100 Total $2300

(After the 3-month internship period, the full attendance reward is $200)

Benefits:

1. Annual leave is 7 days, increasing by 1 day each year, up to 14 days

2. 14 days of sick leave

3. If you work on public holidays, you will be entitled to double salary or one extra day.
