Requirements

• Sales driven, providing excellent customer service and account management over phone
• Commitment to quality, in performing required tasks in a timely manner
• Experience in sales/ telesales/ customer services

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking as well as managing existing accounts
• Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with stakeholders
• Monitor and collect information on competitors
• Achieve assigned sales target

Requirements

• Diploma or ‘A’ levels
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• Basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
• Experience in sales coverage for Healthcare Institutions, Clinics or Retail Pharmacies
• Results oriented, good communication and correspondence skills
• Demonstrate competency in key areas including selling skills, planning and organization, analysis and presentation skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Class 3 License with own mode of transport preferred
• Those with more years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive role

Job Description:

• Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new & existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries
• Generate renewal quotation using Excel /Business Central
• Work closely with Maintenance, Presales and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewal
• Create MSA for Renewal contract
• Follow up closely on renewal opportunity and close it on time
• To recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services.
• Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies
• Source renewal quotation from respective vendors
• Upsell multiyear renewal and managed services
• Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
• May be required to identify and recommend improvements to renewal administration processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in customer facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills
• Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals
• Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately
• Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results measure by renewal bookings
• Strong organisational and able to handle multitask simutaneously
• Proficiency in microsoft office applications, SalesForce and Microsoft Business Central
• Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
• Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: UP $3500 +VB
• 5 Days Monday to Friday 9am to 6:10pm
• Woodlands (Senoko)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage incoming phone calls, providing professional and efficient customer service.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other necessary documents for deliveries.
• Compile and generate monthly sales reports for management review.
• Liaise with internal teams to communicate important feedback from customers.
• Coordinate and manage inward shipments, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Provide support for van sales drivers by managing their mobile devices.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records.
